Upon receipt of the reservation will be charged on the credit card of the customer with the amount corresponding to 25% of the total accommodation cost as deposit and confirmation.

For bookings made by bank transfer, customers will have to deposit 25% of the total cost within 5 working days from the date the reservation.

Last minute reservations can not be changed or canceled without charge. If you want to change or cancel the reservation, please check the policy of late cancellation and contact the reservations department.

1. If canceled room over 21 days before arrival refunded the entire amount of the advance.
2. If the room is canceled within 21-14 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the deposit.
3. If the room is canceled within 13 to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost.
4. If the room is canceled within 6 days before arrival or not the customer display, 100% of the total cost.
